About the Unit

  • 10 beds with sophisticated state-of-the-art monitoring systems, PACS and electronic medication record
  • Fast paced, high acuity
  • Acuity based staffing ratio 1:2 or 1:1
  • Thoracic-foregut, general, gastrointestinal and plastic surgery, pulmonary and surgical critical care medicine
  • World renowned surgical team
  • CRRT training
Experienced RN Qualifications

  • Current California RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
  • CCRN certification preferred
  • 2 years ICU experience in a teaching hospital strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive Critical Care Core didactic and clinical training program available for acute care RNs who would like to transition into ICU
