M/S Orthopedics

Kathleen, RN

"What I love about working here is the collaboration of every member of the team from EVS to physicians, each playing a vital role in the care of our patients, to provide positive patient outcomes and 100% patient satisfaction. Every nurse is dedicated to helping others and displays a strong sense of advocacy for every patient. As I round on the unit and see the smiles and the tears of thanks from our patients, to have staff that are able to instill trust and confidence through a patient’s illness, and to be part of a work environment that helps our patients return to function and enjoyment of their everyday activities is beyond expectations. This established team continues to grow and USC promotes an atmosphere where all nurses are encouraged to achieve excellence in their practice. This is a challenging but rewarding place to be!"
