About the unit

  • 25-bed fast-paced unit
  • Multidisciplinary rounds daily, collegial practice at its best
  • Acuity based staffing ratio 1:3 or 1:4
  • Satellite pharmacy and pharmacist on unit
  • Preceptorships
  • Nursing Research
  • Continuing education classes offered by ONS-certified CNS
Experienced RN Qualifications

  • Current California RN license
  • Minimum one year medical surgical nursing experience
  • Basic EKG and Current BLS and ACLS provider cards
  • IV Chemotherapy certification required within six months of hire
  • Oncology certification desired during first year
